 炎炎夏日來杯冰拿鐵吧!!


 



                                                                        


                                                                            做法如下~


 


 


 


 


 



                                 準備材料:  300ml透明玻璃杯     糖漿     冰濃縮咖啡     鮮奶    冰塊


 


 


 


 


 





                                                              作法一: 先將冰塊放入玻璃杯中


                                                    ps: 先放冰塊 才不會~ㄉㄨㄥˋ........噴的一身 


                                                                  我用的是私房愛心冰塊喔!!


 


 


 





                                                                              作法二: 加入糖漿


                                               依個人喜愛的濃度  我們的糖漿是自己熬的非常好吃


                                                            糖將作法日後會敎 敬請期待!!


                         


 


 


 





                                                             作法三: 到入鮮奶約八分滿後攪拌均勻   


                                                                    ps:喜歡咖啡濃的可以倒七分滿


 


 


 



 



                                                               作法四:  倒入冰濃縮咖啡


                                        濃縮咖啡作法: 比例:虹吸式咖啡壺三人份水位 加入六匙咖啡粉


                                                     快速隔冰水冷卻  即為三杯份濃縮咖啡


                                  


                                              


 


 


 


 


 


 





                                                                     插入吸管跟調棒完成啦!!

                                                                       可以加入一球瑞士巧克力

夏天喝冰拿鐵最沁涼透徹


可以先將冰濃縮咖啡做起來冰在冰箱


(但最多冰三天喔不然咖啡會有發酵的味道)


就可以隨時來一杯冰拿鐵喔!!
